Grace Y. Toh
Co-Founder and Managing Director

Grace Y. Toh is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Toh Michaels Private Wealth Management, LLC.  A financial services professional for over twenty-five years, Ms. Toh has extensive experience in private banking and wealth management, concentrating on building and managing long term relationships with high net worth clients.  Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at HSBC Private Bank, The Private Bank of Bank of America and Wachovia Wealth Management, where she served the unique needs of high net worth individuals and families by providing customized wealth management strategies and solutions.

In addition to advising business owners, real estate developers and professional athletes with financial and investment solutions, she has provided similar services to middle market commercial companies, law firms and medical practices.

Raised in Geneva, Switzerland, Ms. Toh brings an international diversity to her client base.  She is a graduate of Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Chinese Studies.  In addition, she studied management information systems and accounting at MIT’s Alfred P. Sloan School of Management, and earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the Jesse H. Jones School of Management at Rice University.  Ms. Toh is a licensed Certified Financial Planner and holds NASD Series 7, 66 and 63.

Ms. Toh has served or is currently serving on a number of boards, including the Financial Planning Association of the National Capital Area, International Bridges to Justice and the Smithsonian Women’s Committee.   She is on the board of the Wellesley College Alumnae Association, where she chairs the Nominating Committee and serves on the Finance Committee.  In 2008, she was selected to join the Wellesley College Business Leadership Council.
