Thomas Seneca
Managing Partner
With an extensive finance and investment background, Mr. Seneca is a true veteran in the field. His career began with two prestigious institutions, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, in which he performed due diligence and developed financial valuation models for IPO, M&A, and private equity transactions. As a Director of Corporate Development with Sprint Nextel, he successfully executed hundreds of millions of dollars in M&A and investments. Mr. Seneca also served as president of a 1,000-acre golf course real estate development, which received national recognition.With a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, Mr. Seneca is highly qualified and knowledgeable in his field. He also enjoys golfing and is fluent in Spanish.
Christina Layton
Client Service Associate
Christina is a Northern Virginia native. Growing up in Fairfax and attending George Mason University, she holds a B.S. in Marketing and Biology. Her eclectic background in Marketing, Sales and Finance helps round out our T.M. Wealth Management team. Her most recent work with Wells Fargo Advisors gave her a glimpse of the investment world and she hasn’t looked back. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, reading a good book, enjoying a flight at a local winery or brewery and binge watching Netflix shows.
Luke Salzer
Client Support & Operations Manager
Luke brings over six years of finance experience to T.M. Wealth Management, blending a background in both client services and operational roles. He started his career at Vanguard, where he navigated retail client services and contributed to Vanguard's personal advisors division. Subsequently, Luke spent three years at Cambridge Associates, specializing in operations and tracking Private Equity Fund performances. He grew up in Northern Virginia, and attended University of Delaware, where he graduated with a BS in Finance. In his spare time Luke enjoys reading, cheering for DC sports teams and trips to the Outer Banks.
